“My intention is to empower women of all ages to educate themselves about the relevant choices that they make, and especially for those in their twenties and thirties, regarding reproductive health (maintaining vitality), stress management, diet and lifestyle choices”.

Ragaia Belovarac, Ayurvedic Practitioner

Many women in their thirties don’t realize what they can do during their thirties and forties to ensure a more vibrant life in their fifties and beyond.

It’s time to show up for our sisters, our mothers, our loved ones, and ourselves.

For just $60— less than a visit to a single medical specialist — you can enjoy healthy food, talk to several doctors, get your questions answered in a safe Q&A-style setting, and leave with the confidence to take charge of your health in this phase of life.

Don’t miss this rare opportunity to make the most of menopause and hear from doctors, alternative medicine practitioners, pelvic health experts, and more.

  • understand the intricacies and impacts of hormone changes as you age?

  • learn about a wide range of remedies for hot flashes, vaginal dryness, brain fog and more?

  • understand what sex hormones, your thyroid, and vitamins have to do with menopause?

  • make informed decisions and know what to ask your doctor?

  • learn about breakthroughs in the estrogen window and more?

Women are now more independent, educated, and assertive about their health than ever before, YET, many still hesitate to speak with their doctors about their womanly concerns or sexual health experiences as they age.  Many of us don’t know what is possible or what to ask for from our doctors or our partners.

That is why the second half of our October panel discussion will focus on sexual health and Sexual Vitality as it relates to PeriMenopause and beyond.

You’ll Learn the latest findings and discover how to become more comfortable with this important topic.

Organized and sponsored by Karen Holly, philanthropic women’s health advocate and Founder of KH Essentials.
