A blended session of gentle, intentional breathwork and Authentic Movement. We’ll begin with embodied breath to settle the nervous system and open deeper states of awareness, then move into Authentic Movement so the body can speak. This somatic map helps you reconnect with felt truth and release held patterns. Science keeps affirming what wisdom traditions have long known: when we are vulnerable, witnessed, and supported, the nervous system shifts from defense to healing—where transformation begins.
We’ll gather in reverence and non-judgment to winter on purpose—so you can carry steadiness into the months ahead.

45 minutes slow, Authentic Movement to let emotions find motion and release
Integration with nourishing food, soft community witnessing, and take-home breathing techniques to keep your regulation practice alive
Accessible for all levels — bring curiosity and comfortable clothes. Food provided during integration activities.
What Is Authentic Movement? A self-directed somatic practice where the mover closes their eyes, listens inwardly, and lets movement arise from an inner prompt while a compassionate witness offers clear, non-judging attention. Over time, the invisible becomes visible; direct experience finds form. It’s a bridge between the conscious and the unconscious, explored through the relationship of mover and witness.
