Join us for a special full-day Neurodynamic Breathwork immersion in a private, beautiful space in San Anselmo—an intentional gathering to reset, release, and welcome spring with renewed energy. The day includes two guided breathwork journeys (as breather and sacred witness), spacious integration, and lovingly provided lunch and dinner, allowing deep nervous-system regulation, emotional clarity, and creative flow to unfold. Come as you are, and leave grounded, nourished, and more deeply connected to yourself.
Meet Your Facilitators
SARAI DABANDI: is an Advanced II Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and Certified Neurodynamic Breathwork facilitator with over 15yrs of experience facilitating deep emotional, somatic and transpersonal work with individuals, couples and groups. Her approach weaves together the body, psyche and spirit to help participants access their innate intelligence and wholeness.
TAYLOR SIMON: is a psychedelic therapist and researcher specializing in CPTSD and narcissistic abuse recovery. With over a decade of experience, she works with individuals marginalized or pathologized by dominant systems—including family scapegoats, queer, kinky, and neurodivergent clients—offering an affirming, relational space to reconnect with the authentic self. Reframing symptoms as intelligent adaptations, she supports clients to divest from dominant paradigms to reclaim agency, authenticity, and self-trust.
KK HOLLY: is a modern wellness innovator, licensed somatic practitioner, and public speaker dedicated to helping individuals regulate their nervous systems and reconnect with their innate capacity for healing. With advanced training in breathwork modalities, sound and frequency-based practices, and psychedelic-assisted therapy, her work bridges embodied awareness, ancient wisdom, and modern neuroscience.
A researcher and educator in the effects of breath, sound, and vibration on human physiology, KK has presented at the Future of Health and the International Sound Healing Conference, and shared the stage with leaders including Dr. Joe Dispenza and Marie Forleo. She is the founder of HONNE, a holistic wellness brand rooted in resonance-based healing, and brings a trauma-aware, compassionate presence shaped by both professional training and lived experience.

Neurodynamic Breathwork® is a guided, nervous-system–informed approach to self-exploration and healing that works with the body’s innate capacity for regulation, release, and integration. Rather than pushing beyond the body’s limits, this modality supports expanded awareness while maintaining choice, safety, and embodied presence.
The practice combines intentional breathing, carefully curated music, and somatic awareness within a supportive set and setting. Participants lie comfortably on mats, often with eye masks, and use breath and sound to access deeper layers of emotional, physical, and intuitive experience. States of awareness may expand, yet the process remains grounded in nervous-system attunement and self-regulation.
A foundational principle of Neurodynamic Breathwork is honoring each individual’s inner intelligence while working within a trauma-aware, relational framework. Experiences unfold organically and uniquely for each person, shaped by their system’s readiness in that moment. While common themes such as emotional release, insight, or somatic unwinding may arise, no two journeys are ever the same.
